In fact, this week we are taking a look at some news that give a glimpse to what 2017 can bring us as well as what sort of projects are getting kick-started.
I’m sure many of you have been waiting to hear about confirmed budgets and expected projects in 2017. One of such major budget approvals took place just recently when IL transportation agency approved the budget for next year. What’s noteworthy, is that a big portion of the budget is meant for funding new toll roads that would create the western entry point for O’Hare International Airport.

2017 regional forecast for the Mountain states is also seeing signs of improvement for the next year. Though some may see the industry decreasing, most of the Mountain states have seen steady growth over the last months. For example, Colorado had 11% growth when comparing to the previous year.

Last but not least, some money news from warmer places. Miami Worldcenter project got a $89 million construction loan finally despite the struggles of getting approved. We are definitely excited to see how this project turns out!
