Construction industry is taking a positive outlook on the upcoming year

After barely 2 weeks in 2017, we can already see the outlook industry has for the year. Industry experts as well as business owners are having a very positive outlook and it is generally thought to be a year of growth! Perhaps the believe comes from recent political changes or it’s a matter of overall industry direction – but the news we are sharing today are definitely giving this year a good vibe!

The first news has perhaps the biggest impact: Associated General Contractors of America released the results of a survey which concluded that over seventy perfect of construction firms are looking to expand their head count majorly this year. This result alone shows what an optimistic view the industry has on the upcoming year.

Such optimistic outlook isn’t coming from nowhere. The World Bank is also expecting to see growth in economy, though there is still some uncertainty regarding U.S political stand. However, the overall forecast is looking positive.

Now, these financial perspectives are not just pretty forecasts – we can see this change of heart in action. In fact, NY is the prime example of how the optimistic industry is affecting developments. New York City has many extremely ambitious and mindblowing projects underway. We are definitely excited to see these plans come together!
